We do not exchange any orders after 14 working days of the delivery date, under any circumstances.
No changes to be made to orders once placed with us, however we will endevour to meet customers needs when possible.
We do not refund any items under any circumstances.
Items placed on a PRE-ORDER basis have an estimated time scale on delivery, however this may change to be less or more time. This can be for a number of reasons, including the current World Pandemic due to Covid-19. For this reason, these items cannot be refunded unless they are no longer available.
Cancellations on orders are currently 1-3 working days. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as they are comitted to production.
We would only exchange items following our error or fault.
All queries in relation to any orders placed need to be disputed within 14 days of the delivery date.
