Refund Policy

  • We do not exchange any orders after 14 working days of the delivery date, under any circumstances. 
  • No changes to be made to orders once placed with us, however we will endevour to meet customers needs when possible.
  • We do not refund any items under any circumstances.
  • Items placed on a PRE-ORDER basis have an estimated time scale on delivery, however this may change to be less or more time. This can be for a number of reasons, including the current World Pandemic due to Covid-19. For this reason, these items cannot be refunded unless they are no longer available.
  • Cancellations on orders are currently 1-3 working days. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled as they are comitted to production.
  • We would only exchange items following our error or fault.
  • All queries in relation to any orders placed need to be disputed within 14 days of the delivery date.
